With this in mind Homecare Scotland Care Service Limited Provide a comprehensive care at home service within the Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire, Forres and Moray areas. This service provides holistic, person centred care provision to enable individuals to retain independence within their own home and local communities. All of our agreed personal plans are strength based and outcomes focused.
Support When You Need It

It is vital that the people we support feel comfortable and are assured of continuity of care enabling positive professional relationships to be build and sustained. As such all of the people we support have a say in who they work with.

As well as being highly trained and supported all of our care givers are encouraged to develop professionally to ensure the best care available is provided to the people we support.
Our Care Team
​
Our highly trained dedicated care team can provide visits from 30 minutes to assist with medication, and/or meal preparation to longer visits to assist with personal care, mobility and other needs. We can provide multiple visits per day depending on the needs and wants of the people we support.
​
Our Care at home team can also provide longer visits lasting from a few hours to 24/7 support, providing companionship, compassion, peace of mind and comfort to the people we support.
​
We can provide assistance with social experiences, outings, light gardening and housework as well as food preparation, night monitoring and assistance.

Our care team at Homecare Scotland meticulously screens and selects our carers, as much for their positive dispositions as their experience and qualifications. But you and your family will have the final say on who makes it onto your care team. Homecare Scotland are all, so a real living wage provider ensuring our caregivers are enabled to live well and concentrate on you, the people we support.
